SUMMARY:Support Group
DESCRIPTION:The Jewish Federation of Greater Santa Barbara\, in collabor
 ation with Congregation B'nai B'rith (CBB)\, is offering a 6-week Grief 
 Support Group for adults navigating the loss of a loved one. This profes
 sionally facilitated group will provide a compassionate space to share\,
  reflect\, and connect with others who understand the experience of grie
 f.\n\nTogether\, participants will explore coping tools\, honor their lo
 ved ones\, and find meaningful support within a caring community.\n\nThe
  group will meet Thursdays from 1:30–2:30 pm\, beginning June 25 and c
 ontinuing for six weeks. Participants are encouraged to attend all six s
