DESCRIPTION:Join us on Tuesday\, October 20 for a special presentation 
 about a documentary film on combatting hate\, building community\, and d
 efending democracy. Director/producer Jennie Reinish\, producer Abbie Ni
 ssenson\, and producer Malynda Hale will present I Cannot Be A Bystande
 r.\n\nThe film looks at people who have been targets of hate but have tu
 rned those experiences into activism and community activation. Through t
 he voices of survivors\, civic leaders\, scholars\, clergy\, and young p
 eople\, the film shows how individuals can confront rising prejudice\, p
 rotect democratic values\, and help build a more inclusive future throug
 h practical\, concrete acts of courage.\n\nJCafé is a social program fo
 r the 65+ Jewish community\, offering a delicious deli lunch followed by
  an engaging class\, film\, or lively discussion! For just $10\, enjoy a
  deli buffet\, drinks\, and dessert. JCafé takes place every Tuesday fr
 om 11:30am-1:30pm. Please note\, lunch is served from 11:30-12:30 pm.\n\
