Everyone is welcome to join a gentle yoga session designed to encourage total well-being. Through the process of relaxation, simple stretching, and safe strengthening movements, we bring our bodies into balance, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit. Modifications are available for advanced and experienced students, as well as those with injury or illness. We will support each other in developing the rituals of yoga practice.
