The Jewish Studio Project is excited to propose a creative arts workshop for the Morris B. Squire Foundation. With the celebration of Simchat Torah, we begin reading Beresheit (Genesis) - a book full of imagery and inspiration related to the process of creation. What a perfect time to activate our creativity!

In the Beginning: A Creative Exploration for Young Adults will be a hands-on, creative learning experience that activates the imagination, unleashes curiosity and engages the heart, mind and soul. This workshop for young adults introduces the generative theme of creation and takes participants on a journey of creativity and identity exploration through hands on engagement with photographs and collage. Each participant will create a collage that can be taken home with them or included in a public art exhibit.
