Our April conversation will be with Debra Herrick, Ph.D., editor-in-chief and publisher of Lum Art Magazine, a contemporary art magazine for California’s Central Coast. 
 
Anais Pellegrini will interview Debra about her experience with starting a new art publication, her inspirations and more. Then, Dr. Herrick will guide a conversation with Nathan Hayden, MFA, a Santa Barbara-based artist featured on the cover of the latest issue of Lum. Hayden’s large scale paintings of modern geometric abstractions and recent sculptural work are drawn from patterns and forms that he finds in nature and serve as access points to spirituality.
