Come find out how even just a little of your time can make a big difference in someone's life! We have many different volunteer opportunities available. No minimum time commitment is required, and you can volunteer on your own schedule.

Santa Barbara Village is dedicated to providing a range of resources that help local seniors to stay socially connected in the community, and to continue living successfully and independently in their own homes as they "age in place."

A huge part of Santa Barbara Village's success and value is due to the generosity of time and talent provided by volunteers from our community.

With a steady increase in member requests for assistance, especially help with transportation, we are currently seeking new volunteers who are willing and able to help our members and our organization with any of a wide variety of tasks as their schedules allow.

For a printable event flyer, go to: www.sbvillage.org/Events/2014-10-24_VolRecruit.pdf

Please note that all Volunteers will need to have a background check performed on them and go through a Volunteer Orientation & Training.

For more information about volunteering for SB Village, go to: www.sbvillage.org/volunteers_needed.html

Please RSVP to Hannah at: hannah@sbvillage.org or (805) 729-5038.

Parking: On-site parking is very limited, but there should be street parking available (it's timed, so be sure to check the signs and time so as not to get a ticket!). You can also park in the City's public lot at the Paseo Nuevo Mall, just up the street at Ortega & Chapala.
