Interested in Filmmaking?
Students will film, edit, and learn video production skills while creating original projects for local non-profits. We will also watch and discuss films to learn from their techniques.
Learn about filmmaking, create videos, and earn up to 16 hours of community service hours for your participation.
Teen Video Club (formerly Granada Video Workshop) has produced award-winning student filmmakers! Skills learned in this program can be used for school and career, and include not only filming and editing, but storytelling, interview skills, teamwork, and more.
No prior experience needed, but students with advanced video skills are welcome!
Fall session runs September 16 - November 4, 2020
- Open to current high school students
- Class meets online via Zoom Wednesdays from 3:45-5:30 pm.
- Film via Zoom or with your own phone or camera Edit videos on your own laptop, ipad or phone.
- Earn community service hours by creating film projects for local non-profits.
- Registration due before first class.
