This presentation explores how downsizing can open the door to a more joyful, intentional lifestyle—freeing you from the burden of excess and aligning your space with your current needs. Learn how to simplify your living environment, plan ahead, and make meaningful decisions without being overwhelmed. Whether you are moving closer to loved ones or simply creating more room for what matters, this talk will guide you with clarity, compassion, and practical tips.

Short Bio: Karen Martin
Curated Transitions, founded by Karen Martin, specializes in move management and professional organizing services in Santa Barbara, Montecito, Goleta, Carpinteria, and Summerland.
Karen's passion for organizing emerged in 2003 while assisting her mother in downsizing to an assisted living senior community in Chicago. This passion deepened in 2012 when she and her family downsized from a 3,000-square-foot home to a 1,300-square-foot residence in Santa Barbara, embracing a minimalist lifestyle. Originally named Klutter Kutters, the company rebranded to Curated Transitions in 2022 to better reflect its expertise in move management. The team is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex transitions with clarity and ease.
At Curated Transitions, we specialize in guiding families, seniors, executors, and trustees through complex transitions, senior moves, and estate clear-outs . Our mission is to provide clarity and ease during these pivotal moments.
