Free screening of the critically acclaimed film "Escape from Sobibor" detailing the story, based on true historical events, of the mass escape from the extermination camp at Sobibor, the most successful uprising by Jewish prisoners of a German extermination camp. Local survivor, Thomas Blatt, whose story is told in the film (and upon whose book the film was based) is planning to be in attendance for the screening and for the discussion following the film.
