Hearing Loss Association of SBNew! Starts Sept. 16 and meets monthly at the JCC.
The Santa Barbara Hearing Loss Association is a support group for the hearing impaired, serving the greater Santa Barbara area. We explore ways to help each other find our place in a hearing world, discuss technology and tools, host speakers and have activities to practice living with hearing loss. more

Volunteer Opportunities
Caring Visitor Program
is a collaboration between Congregation B'nai B'rith and Federation's Jewish Family Service. Homebound or isolated Jewish Community members can benefit by connecting with a trained Caring Visitor, who receives training and mentoring from JFS staff.

Financial Assistance
JFS has a general financial emergency assistance program which is administered in conjunction with Catholic Charities at the Catholic Charities office.
JFS Los Olivos
JFS counseling in Los Olivos is provided in a confidential setting by Katherine Koch, a licensed social worker with over 25 years experience with all ages in a variety of settings.
