Art at the JCC
An outstanding venue to present outstanding work

The Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC) builds bridges to the larger community, speaks out against anti-Semitism and other forms of discrimination, and educates about and advocates for Israel. JCRC frequently joins forces with the Anti-Defamation League to teach high school students about the signs of and appropriate responses to anti-Semitism.

The Young Leadership Program encourages and educates the next generation in the responsibility of philanthropy as taught by the Jewish concept of tzedakah (justice) and tikkun olam (healing the world).

JCC Library
The Lila and Joseph Scher Library offers a Holocaust Resource Center, as well as more than 2,000 titles covering a range of Jewish subjects, from mysticism to history of the Jews, from cookbooks, children’s books, and novels to biblical texts. You can also find art books, videos, CD’s, reference works, and books in Hebrew and Yiddish. more
