We welcomed 170 guests at the opening of the fabulous new Tibetan art exhibit at the Jewish Community Center!
Our guest speaker, Mr. Gyalo Thondup, elder brother of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, gratefully recognized the Jewish people and the respect he held for our community and Israel, and made a plea for understanding and help for the people of Tibet. It was a wonderful event that brought different commmunities together. Special appreciation and recognition to Curator Lynn Holley for making this evening a special success!
