Our programs offer insight to Jewish tradition, but we welcome all to participate. At the heart of our community center is our mission to create and support Jewish community in Santa Barbara, and to preserve Judaism and hold fast to its values.

If you're new to town or simply want to learn more about the Jewish community in Santa Barbara, you should request Focus on Federation newsletter, and subscribe to our electronic newsletter.  We welcome you to our diverse and active Jewish community.

At the center of Jewish Community Center is the Jewish Federation.  Federation features a variety of events to give you the opportunity to connect with other Jews, get involved and get information and provides support to people locally and around the world. Plus, Federation’s family of local agencies and programs provide social, educational and outreach opportunities that include educational, recreational and cultural programs for all ages.
